Finally, hay lasts all day
Two Quarter horses in a paddock, used to burn through a bale in 8 hours. Now it's a full day and a half. Holes are the right size and the rope hasn't frayed after six months.
Most orders deliver in 2–4 business days. Round bales and bulk mats ship LTL; you'll get a call to book a window.
If you already have a Poly Ring feeder and need to replace a damaged panel, add capacity, or finally get that corner feeder set up in your run-in shed, this is the piece you need. Each AGI Poly Ring Panel is sold individually so you can buy exactly what your setup calls for — no more, no less.
These panels are built from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene, which means they're tough, lightweight, and completely rust-free. No sharp edges forming after a season of use, no corroding hardware, no replacing it in two years. At 32 inches tall, a complete ring fits snugly around round bales from 4x4 up to 6x6, and the modular design makes it easy to expand your ring as your needs change.
One panel is all it takes to create an effective corner feeder. Five to seven panels build a full round bale ring. Add NAG Bag netting to any configuration and you've got a complete slow-feed system that keeps your animals busy, your hay where it belongs, and your costs down. Sizing guidance is below — and if you're not sure how many panels your bales need, give us a call and we'll sort it out with you.
## SIZE GUIDE
Measure your round bales before ordering. Bales can expand once opened, so when in doubt, always add an extra panel — it's much easier than coming up short.

Each complete ring stands 32 inches tall. Single panels can also be used independently as corner feeders in stalls or run-in sheds.

Hang at shoulder height so your horse works for every bite. Never floor-mount near shod horses. Start with the 1¾" holes for most horses; drop to 1¼" only for horses that eat too slowly already.
We run these rings in our own paddocks. Here's what actually matters after seasons of sun, snow, and hungry horses — not marketing points, real ones.
Metal feeders corrode over time and leave exposed edges that can injure horses and livestock. This panel is 100% recycled high-density polyethylene — smooth, rounded, and safe from day one through year ten.
One panel is all you need to set up a corner feeder. Add more and you've got a full round bale ring from 5 to 7 feet in diameter. Buy what you need now and add panels later as your herd or setup grows.
Unlike permanent metal installations, these panels are lightweight enough to reposition whenever you need to. Rotate grazing areas, move hay feeding stations seasonally, or rearrange your paddock layout without a second thought.
UV-stabilized construction means sun, rain, snow, and mud won't crack, fade, or weaken these panels. They'll look and perform the same in year three as they did on day one.
The Poly Ring is designed to work with NAG Bag netting inserts in 1", 1.5", 2", and 2.75" mesh — so you can dial in exactly how fast your animals are eating once the ring is built.

Ordered on a Tuesday, showed up Friday. Clips haven't rusted through one freeze-thaw yet, which is more than I can say for the last two I bought from a chain feed store.
Uncle Jeeter was right about the 1¾" holes — I started with 1¼" and my mare just walked away. Switched up and she's happy. Would buy again.
