Description

If you have ever struggled with getting polo wraps even, or worried about whether the tension was right, EquiCrown ACTIVE solves that problem entirely. These compression wraps deliver consistent, precise pressure every time you put them on — no rolling, no stacking, no guesswork. The side-closing zipper and Velcro tabs make application genuinely fast, and the anatomical fit means your horse gets proper support from mid-pastern to below the knee or hock without any restriction in movement.

Whether your horse is coming off an injury, maintaining healthy legs through a competition season, or just working hard in daily training, the ACTIVE wraps give you a reliable tool for every scenario. They are equally at home during a ride, a rest day, or a rehab phase. The open-weave knit breathes so legs stay cool, and the gentle massage effect supports circulation whether your horse is standing in the stall or working in the ring.

Available in five sizes for both front and hind legs, in regular and short lengths, and in Green/Black or Grey/Black. Sold in pairs or as a single leg. These wash clean at 40°C and hold their compression through repeated use — ointments, mud, and all.

How to Use
  1. Unzip the wrap fully and open the Velcro tabs.
  2. Position the wrap around the leg with the zipper on the outside of the cannon bone.
  3. Starting from the bottom, zip upward while ensuring the fetlock flex sock seats properly around the fetlock joint.
  4. Secure the Velcro over-tabs at the top for a snug, even closure.
  5. Check that the wrap sits smoothly with no bunching or folding — you should be able to slide a finger under the top edge comfortably.

Care: Machine wash and dry at 40°C. Washing at least once a week restores full compression. Sun and ointment resistant — no need to remove before applying topicals.

Size Guide

Measure when the leg is at its minimum size — ideally right after exercise or riding. If that's not possible, walk the horse and cold hose the leg before taking measurements.

Three measurements needed (in cm): cD = cannon bone circumference · cC = fetlock circumference · Length = just below knee/hock to fetlock

WHY IT WORKS

Built different from the ground up

We wrap our own horses' legs with these. Here's what actually matters after months of daily wear and washing — not marketing points, real ones.

No More Rolling, No More Guessing

Polo wraps require even tension applied by hand every single time. ACTIVE removes that variable entirely — zip it, tab it, done, with the same support every time.

Precise Pressure for Active Work

Built for horses in work, not just standing in a stall — consistent compression supports tendons and ligaments through exercise instead of just at rest.

Anatomical Fit That Actually Stays Put

Shaped to follow the leg's natural contours, so it doesn't slip during a ride, lesson, or turnout the way a loosely-tensioned polo wrap can.

Wash It and Go Again

Machine washable construction means it's ready for the next ride, not a special-care item you're babying.

Finally replaced my polo wraps

I have been doing polo wraps for fifteen years and always struggled to get them even on both sides. The ACTIVE wraps apply in seconds and the compression is noticeably consistent. Wish I had switched sooner.

Perfect for rehab and return to work

Used these through my horse's suspensory rehab at our vet's recommendation. The consistent support through both rest and early movement phases made a real difference. Still using them for maintenance now that he's back in work.

Good product, runs a bit warm in summer

Works exactly as described. The open weave helps but on very hot days I'll take them off between sessions. For competition prep and post-ride cooling out, these are now part of our routine.
